I'm weird about the Girl, Interrupted fandom because I feel like the movie is way melodramatic compared to the book, but I'm all about the relationship between Susanna and Lisa in the movie. Any psych-ward relationship between the two of them would make me happy. Also happy to see some of the supporting characters turn up in the fic. Please no rape/noncon, A/B/O or other heavy kinks. Light D/s and hurt-comfort are fine.
THINGS I LIKE FOR THIS PAIRING: Lisa swashbuckling through romance and sex until she can't anymore and suddenly she's raw and they're emotionally bonding, Susanna being careful and reserved and observant and then Lisa sweeps her away and all of that evaporates, psych ward romance, a coda where they meet up in the outside world, flashbacks to earlier times for both of them (formative experiences, or maybe a flashback showing Lisa's relationship with Jamie/what Jamie was like), hard-won emotional vulnerability

Harry Potter - All Media Types
I like the idea of Narcissa/Lily Evans because they're so different and yet will go to any lengths to protect their sons. (One of my favorite scenes in the books is Narcissa lying and saying that Harry is dead so she can find her son.) I like to think Narcissa was softer and less of a snobby, pureblood-obsessed jerk earlier in her life, maybe during her time at Hogwarts or shortly after. (Which is when the fic has to be set, I guess, since Lily died within a few years of graduating from Hogwarts and we get the sense that Narcissa was probably at Hogwarts around the same time as Lily, since Lucius was a prefect when Lily started.) I can see Narcissa looking up to Bellatrix and being swayed towards being a Voldemort supporter by her older sister; what if Lily were able to break into that and bring out a better side of Narcissa, or at least throw Narcissa into conflict regarding her previous beliefs? Anyway, I'm also just a big fan of Lily in general and her outspokenness in defending what's right, and would be happy to read her paired with an OFC. Lastly, I find Helena Ravenclaw to be an interesting character and have always wondered whether her refusal of the Bloody Baron was less because she's a snob who regards herself as being too good for men and more because she's queer/with a woman, or pining for a woman. I imagine that once her reserve is shattered she'd be a passionate woman and I'd love to see that in a fic. Would also be happy to see that relationship continue after death, if her lover/crush is also a ghost who's stayed on at Hogwarts... what would a ghost relationship be like? Please no rape/noncon, A/B/O or other heavy kinks. Light D/s and hurt-comfort are fine.

I'm such a big fan of Katherine and would be excited for a fic featuring her with Bree -- I love the complicated histories they both have and how those, together with the similarities in how they've learned to cope, bring them together in S5. (Something where they cook together, maybe? What about the time where Katherine is helping Bree deal with her alcoholism?) Here for PTSD-Katherine, if you wanted to write it. I got on a Divakaruni-reading kick recently and was struck by how interesting it would be to see one of the Mistresses, either during her time on the island as a novice or in her time working in a shop in the wider world, break one of the very many taboos that Mistresses are bound by and fall in love with a woman. How would the Old One/the spices react to that? I'm also intrigued by the idea that the Old One was once "rebellious" and recalled for that reason; what if her rebellion involved a relationship with a woman? Please no rape/noncon, A/B/O or other heavy kinks. Light D/s and hurt-comfort are fine.

"The Maid Servant's Story" from Arranged Marriage, Divakaruni - Sarala/The wife
(note: this is a short story from an older volume of short stories that probably isn't hard to get from the library, if you didn't like my prompts for other fandoms and wanted to pick up a new one)
I love this story and have always felt the current of such strong feeling between Sarala and the wife feels like it goes beyond friendship. Could there be a fix-it fic for the ending where one of them later seeks out the other, and Sarala has a chance to explain what happened to her once she was kicked out by the husband, and why it made her so hard and angry when she sees the wife and her family on the streets? Or anything romantic (sex included or not, your call) about the time when Sarala is working as their maid? Lastly, for heaven's sake, the wife deserves a name! :) Please no rape/noncon, A/B/O or other heavy kinks. Light D/s and hurt-comfort are fine.

I would love to see fic where Catra is redeemed from her poisonous anger and hatred at the end of season 3, and that redemption brings her back to Adora. (I understand she's so far gone that she's almost irredeemable, but almost isn't totally!) For this particular fandom, I'm not really here for hate-sex between Adora and Catra; I would love to see them on the same side, each of them having grown since they were close as children, looking forward into a future they'll share as more mature young adults (or teenagers growing into young adults; I don't know exactly how old they're supposed to be in the show.)
